Your listing contains personalized detailed information about your home.  It will appear on www.ByOwner24-7.net for 6 months and can be extended after the initial term upon agreement between ByOwner24-7 and client.  It will be taken off the site if the property is sold, taken off the market, or listed with a real estate agent or broker.  The fee is $175 for the listing package. 

Space for Six Pictures

Upload as many as six pictures of your property to appear with your listing.  You may replace any or all of these pictures at any time.

“For Sale By Owner” Yard Sign

A yard sign with your phone number is provided for the length of your listing.  The sign comes with a brochure box.

Property Flyers

An attractive, informative and eye-catching flyer of your property can be created automatically when you complete your listing and can be printed directly from the website via a link on your detail page.  These flyers can be used for the brochure box on your yard sign, handed directly to potential buyers, or distributed to whomever you like.  See an example.

Update or change your listing at any time.  All changes are in real time, so they will appear instantly on www.ByOwner24-7.net.  Change any part of your listing, including the selling price, contact information, description, open house listing, photos, and more.
