By Owner 24-7Service Agreement

  1. Your listing with ByOwner24-7.net is Exclusive.  Upon your subscription you agree not to sign a listing agreement with a realtor.  We do this to ensure the quality of our site and  to let the buyers know and be confident that they are truly buying directly from the owner of the property.  Sellers can advertise in any other form of medium they wish while listing with us.  We encourage newspaper ads and will contribute up to $30.00 if you include our website, www.ByOwner24-7.net in your ads. (We will reimburse you one time when you send in all your newspaper ads with the name of the newspaper and date showing so.  If you’ve placed three with different dates, meeting the criteria, we would send you a check for $30.  Not valid with other advertising offers or discounts.)
  2. We do not represent sellers or buyers.  We assist the “For Sale By Owner” process by providing internet exposure and advertising around Metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia with direct mail campaigns, etc. and searches from anywhere in the world!  We only accept our initial fee and no other payments  from sellers. 
  3. One Property Listing Service.  ByOwner24-7.net listing service is for one property and may not be transferred.  The listing fee is $175.00 and is non-refundable,  non-transferable, and non-prorated because our costs are incurred at the beginning of a listing.  The service term is continuous for three months or until you close on the sale of your property, take your property off the market, or list your property with a broker, whichever comes first.  This means you may not end your listing for a time and then reinstate it without paying a new listing fee.
  4. All Signs are furnished by ByOwner24-7.net.  They are the property of ByOwner24-7.net and the seller is responsible for the signs and their condition. Signs will be delivered/installed within 5-7 business days after your property is registered/listed with ByOwner24-7.net.  ByOwner24-7.net does not accept responsibility for accidental injury involving the yard sign or its placement.    If signs are lost, stolen, or damaged, the seller will be charged to repair or replace them.  Seller is not allowed to have a real estate  broker/agent or any other agency place their sign in the yard while the  ByOwner24-7.net sign is being used.
  5. Accuracy of Information for Listings.  The home seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing.  ByOwner24-7.net has no responsibility for the accuracy of the sellers listing.  Those knowingly misrepresenting their property will be asked by ByOwner24-7.net to correct the inaccuracy.  Refusal to do so may result in termination of your listing with no refund.
  6. If you forget your username or password, please email us at password@byowner247.net so we can reset your account.  You are responsible for notifying ByOwner24-7.net of changes in status of your property.
