Listing Your House

The listing price is $175. You may list with By Owner 24-7 online or by mail. We accept payment by check/money order or credit card.

You may list one of two ways, by mail or on-line.

Listing Online

  1. Read what's included in your listing.
  2. Read our service agreement.
  3. Setup an account. (All subsequent steps will follow automatically from this step.)
  4. Specify a telephone number for your yard sign.
  5. Fill out property listing page and select services.
  6. Select payment method (check or credit card). If paying by check, your property will not be listed on the website until check is received.
  7. Create listing and upload photos. (You may edit your property information 24/7.)

Listing by Mail

  1. Read what's included in your listing.
  2. Read our service agreement.
  3. Print and fill out the services order form.
  4. Print and fill out the property listing information form.
  5. Send up to six photos of your property. Have them developed or put on CD if digital. Specify main photo to represent property, (this will be used on the search results page.)
  6. Mark the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign. Call your local utilites to mark underground utilities.
  7. Make out a check, for the amount of the services ordered, to "By Owner 24-7".
  8. Mail your check, your photos, your completed services order form, and your completed property listing information form to:
